Requirements

  • Certified copies of the certificate of incorporation.
  • Filled in application form.
  • Fire Service Certificate (only applicable to application for exhibition premises).
  • Certified copies of Memorandum and Articles of Association.
  • Payment of application fees.
  • Proof of ownership of the premises or a copy of the agreement with the owner of the premises if rented.
  • Signed undertaking of Distributor as outlined in the Guidelines for Film distribution and exhibition.
