- A current Class 3 medical certificate.
- A knowledge test report.
- A photo identification card or Passport.
- Aeronautical experience and skill requirements for air traffic controller ratings.
- An ATO Certificate certifying that the applicant has received and passed an approved
training course in air traffic control.
- Be at least 21 years of age.
- Comply with the knowledge requirements of the regulations.
- Demonstrate the ability to read, speak, write and understand the English
language in accordance with the language proficiency requirements
without impediment of speech that would interfere with two way radio
conversation.
- Knowledge requirements for an issue of ATC License.
- Personal records substantiating the practical experience shown on the Application Form.

- Two current passport size photographs (full face).
