- The staff list and their qualifications, indicating whether on full-time or part-time employment.
- The total number of students that have been enrolled in each programme of instruction being offered.
- Availability of library, equipment and laboratories developed for each programme offered.
- A statement of financial resources available for the exclusive use of the Tertiary Institution.
- An inventory of physical facilities, including land available for the exclusive enjoyment of the Tertiary Institution.
- The form of governing of the Tertiary Institution.
